I specialize in the three most important areas of an athlete's performance that often gets overlooked in traditional youth sports: nutrition, mobility, and recovery strategies. I address each of these pillars with my clients to ensure that they are successful on the field because of their habits and practices off the field.

About Me
I am a Certified Sports Nutrition Coach, Health Coach, and Yoga Instructor with over 16 years of experience as a fitness professional. I specialize in educating youth soccer players (and their families) on how to take their performance to the next level by developing strategies and healthy habits that support their growing bodies.
I have been an athlete my entire life. I loved and played many different sports simply because I thrive when I am moving my body. Soccer is the sport that captured me. I grew up on the soccer field and played through high school. In high school I also ran track as a mid-distance sprinter; for a midfielder sprinting was SO challenging! When I went off to college I discovered and fell in love with long distance running and by my senior year of college I completed many short distance races and two marathons. It was in my own training for marathons that I discovered my love for yoga, nutrition, and understanding how the human body works (thanks to injuries and pains).
Professionally, my roots are grounded in more than 16+ years of teaching yoga and fitness in Southern California. Over the years, my focus and trainings have evolved as I continue to pursue advances in my own education and follow my love of teaching, health, and sports.
My never-ending hunger to learn more about these topics have brought me here - back to my roots and love of soccer.
